A MESSAGE FROM BRANDON T. ADAMS
Hey there!
Congrats on taking the next step in exploring the opportunity to grow in your personal and professional life. Most people will never take the initial steps in making a change in their life or do things out of their comfort zone.
I’ve found out, in my life, when you do things that scare you and you go out of your comfort zone, you not only grow, but you achieve things that most people think are impossible.
Who you surround yourself with and the mentors and coaches you have in your life will decide your Future. My first mentor was my Father, Randy S. Adams. My dad taught me Business at a young age and showed me the importance of customer service and making sure to always over deliver in what you offer your clients.
In 2012, after graduating from Iowa State University, I went into Business with my Father. This was also the year I ended up taking a corporate job where I Managed 8 offices with 50-plus employees. I learned a lot and also found out that I didn’t want to work for another company; I wanted to create my own company(s).
This year was also the year that I hired my first mentor and consultant, Cactus Jack Barringer. I invested $10,000 up front and paid a monthly retainer to get regular consulting and guidance from Jack. When I first invested this money, I didn’t have it, but I found a way to get it. This was something that scared me and was out of my comfort zone, but it ended up being the best decision that I have ever made in my own personal development and business career.
